Can’t find a suitable time with your trainer?
Do you have an unpredictable schedule?
Saving for the summer holiday and having to budget?
Online training may be for you. Here are 5 reasons to consider online training.
Schedule problems.
You find a PT that you click with and you get on well. Results are happening and it’s all good.
Then…disaster. Your schedule changes. Their schedule changes. Suddenly you can’t get your in person sessions.
This is where online training shines, you have your own schedule, your PT can still programme workouts that they know you’ll love and will work for you.
If your trainer has the right programme and the right skills you can transfer online with minimal disruption.
Bonus.
Accessibility.
You can train with anyone. Suddenly your choice of PTs widens and you no longer need to choose the closest person.
Admittedly this can provide too much choice but you’re smart and you’ve read my post on how to choose the best PT for you.
You got this.
Money.
Lets get real here. You might be on a budget. If training is important to you, you might be able to budget and get some quality training in person but circumstances change and maybe you need a more affordable option.
Online training allows you to make a saving and get access to a trainer who will provide their services for cheaper than they can afford to charge in person.
If this is you, I’d recommend researching this further.
Session duration.
The fitness industry book appointments into one hour blocks – why? Quite simply, it’s easier.
Does everyone need to workout for an hour? No.
Is it advisable? Not always.
Time might be an issue for you, if you’re a busy person you can’t always commit to 60 minutes in the gym.
If you’re up for it, a hardcore 20minutes might be all you need.
With online training you get to choose your duration, it gives your PT more freedom too.
No cancellations.
Ever had to cancel last minute with your PT and been charged?
Has your PT been ill and had to cancel last minute – ruining your plan for your workout that day?
With online training that’s not an issue.
Your workout is scheduled for a particular day but if something comes up for either of you, no worries. You change it to another day.
No hassle. No stress. No late cancellation fees.
Simply put, online training (when done right) can be a game changer. You can stay active and still see results with a level of freedom that can be hard to find.
