In my job I hear a lot of excuses. “I can’t do this because…” or “I’d love to but…” and the classic “I really need to start but this week is just so busy.” Does this sound like you…?
As we reach the end of the first full week in January motivations for new years resolutions may still be high, but how can you continue to stay motivated throughout the month and the year?
Ok, I’ll admit, this one is a bit misleading. You can’t do everything all at once, but sometimes it feels like we have to. Whether it’s at work or at home it can feel like a million things need to be done NOW and no-one else can do them except you. When you try and add in healthy living to that list it all seems impossible. How do we stay healthy while doing everything else?

Every January it’s time to make your new years resolutions. The 1st of January is the ultimate Monday, the year lies ahead and you have the opportunity to grasp it. In 365 days time you could be the person you want to be if you follow your new years resolutions. How can you be sure you’ll nail your resolutions for next year?
This is a bit of a pet peeve of mine. The idea that you must “drop and give me 20” before you get to reward yourself with some party food.
Do you need to earn your Christmas food?
Ahh water, literally the best drink on the planet. However I remember the days where I would never have considered drinking water on it’s own. Sugar cordials or fizzy drinks were my main source of liquid but as we all know drinks like this contain bad and sometimes dangerous ingredients. We all want to be a bit healthier but how can we have water without it being…boring?

It very much depends on the tone of the image. I like to post positive memes, things that inspire you and make you think “Yeah, I can get healthy.” They should be motivational. They should NOT look like any of the following.
