Well… do you?
Time for some real talk.
Lets say that you want to lose weight, or more specifically fat. You want it more than you can actually express.
Staying the same isn’t an option because it’s uncomfortable.
What then?
Ask google, start a fad diet, starve yourself, over exercise, under sleep, run yourself into the ground.
Fail.
Complain.
Do it again.
^^^ If this is your reality, sit down and listen.
Lose weight every day
I’ve done this journey before. I’ve made the changes. I’ve tried the fads and the starvation. I’ve tried crying and praying and hoping and wishing.
The only thing that worked for me, and for many others, is staying focused on the goal one step at a time
Every.Single.Day.
Being aware every single day that the thing I was aiming for was to lose weight.
If I didn’t have that in my head, I wouldn’t focus. I would lose track.
I would give in to binging and stress and I would continue to follow the same habits that had led me to being a size 22 as a teenager.
The choices I had been making had
made me bigger than I wanted to be,
miserable,
unfit,
unhealthy,
unable to buy the clothes I wanted to buy
or do the things I wanted to do
but even with all those thoughts as motivations – if I didn’t stay focused those bad habits would creep back in.
Your habits
make or break
your progress.
Good habits make it so much easier.
But sometimes,
Bad habits are so much more enjoyable.
Which is why I keep my clients focused every day.
Just like I keep them focused during sessions when they don’t want to keep going, I stay with them every day – cheering them on – even when they don’t want me there.
Because I will not give up on you
even when you’re ready to give up on yourself.
My coaching is intense. It’s every day.
Every day you learn something.
Every day you work on your healthy habits.
And eventually 365 days have passed and you are a different person.
So, my question is –
Do you want to lose weight every day?
Because if you do – you might be a good fit for my programme.
