Online Coaching with Ainzlie
My online training is much like my in person training, except you go to the gym or do the workout on your own.
You’ll probably spend somewhere between 2-4 hours a week exercising – it’s what you do the rest of the time that determines your results. That’s where coaching comes in.
Chances are that you know roughly what you need to do to reach your goals, some change in activity and possibly a change in nutrition.
The real difference that personal training makes to your journey is the support that helps you put those changes into action.
For example, many of my clients have a similar end goal, and the changes needed are roughly the same. However, one client might struggle with time management, while another might struggle with consistency. The coaching approach has to be different for each person.
“Ok Ainzlie, what does this look like?” I hear you ask.
My coaching looks like this:
We start by having a goal setting call, this is to lay out the big picture.
- What do you want to achieve?
- What’s standing in your way?
- What has worked before?
- What would hold you back now?
- What makes this difficult?
- How can we make it easy?
We agree on a plan and then get to work.
Exercise
Your first workout is an assessment where you will try several exercises and based on your feedback I’ll create a plan for you that matches your fitness levels and abilities and we will progress until you reach your goal.
Your workout will be stored on my app, you can watch instructional videos as well as read detailed explanations of the moves so you feel comfortable with your workout.
You can also send me a video for analysis if you’re unsure on a particular exercise. I’ll give you feedback on what’s going well and what could be improved. I want you to feel confident when you’re working out.
Nutrition
We start by looking at your current nutrition habits and based on your goals, your schedule, your lifestyle and feedback we choose a route forward.
Each nutrition habits has its own coaching tools and it’s all delivered on the app for you. You’ll have a weekly check in form that will help you self assess how things are going and based on this we will decide how to proceed.

Mindset coaching
Doing the workouts and eating better food is only part of the task. Lifestyle changes are emotional and psychological as well as being practical. How we view our fitness journey and how capable we feel is a huge part of whether we will be successful.
Knowing how our brains and bodies work together and where the difficulties lie can make the process of long term change easier and more effective.
As we go through the program we will look at any obstacles that are coming up for you and as well as helping you in practical terms with solutions through the difficult parts, we will also look at:
- What your limiting factors are and how we can address them
- Where does stress appear in your life? And how can we adapt your mindset and lifestyle to reduce this and improve results?
- Digging deep to find the motivation for your training
- Working on executive function skills such as, time management, impulse control, finding out how to follow the plan consistently and adapt and keep going when life gets in the way

My goal is to coach you until you reach your goals by helping you design the roadmap that will get you there. A personalised approach that helps you to become the best version of you.
