Personal information is processed to provide a professional service on health and fitness programmes, and to maintain SavagePT accounts and records. This is in compliance with GDPR’s lawful basis for processing legitimate interests.

WE MAY COLLECT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• Contact information
• Preferences and interests for individual programming
• Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
• Other information relevant to client enquiries – for example financial details
• Website usage data (for analytics)
• We also process sensitive classes of information such as physical and mental health details

• Suppliers – for example Precision Nutrition

TRANSFERRING INFORMATION OVERSEAS

SavagePT does not transfer any personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

• The GDPR includes a right for individuals to have inaccurate personal data rectified, or completed if it is incomplete.
• The individual has the right to have personal information erased.

• An individual can make a request for rectification verbally or in writing.
• In certain circumstances FTF can refuse a request for rectification.
• FTF shall store all data for 6 months after the individuals contract has expired. If you as an individual have any objections please inform Malcolm Holwill (mholwillpt@gmail.com) and he shall deal with your request.
