Bit of a feel good post here, at least that’s what I’m attempting.
Theres a lot of bad shit going on in the world at the moment, this week everyone is tired, everyone looks drained, we’re all stressed.
The weekend approaches and the protests continue, we aim for a lie in but things get in the way.
Or we take the lie in and then feel lazy?
What to do?
This post is addressing something that I believe to be really important. Something that is encouraged that might be ruining your fitness and your health.

This is unquestionably unacceptable.
But what do you do in this situation? Ideally we would avoid this situation and here’s how…
I want to be healthy.
I want to improve my health.
I want to lose weight, the healthy way.
I hear these phrases on a weekly basis, and I can’t help but wonder how many people use health then they mean ‘thin’.

Facebook helpfully told me last night that it was been a week since my last blog post.
A week?!
What’s going on.
Well…
